School closures

Notes : The school has no gas due to major incident in Ben Rhydding meaning buildings in the area have no ability to heat the school building. In the interests of pupil welfare and following our legal obligation to keep the school above a certain temperature, we have decided to close.
All parents to collect their children as soon as reasonably possible and at the latest by 1pm.

Notes : Due to the icy roads and travel conditions school will have a delayed start. School will open at 9:30 for pupils on Friday 22nd November.

Notes : Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of control, the school will be closed on Friday 22nd November, due to a gas emergency. We have no heating and despite the best efforts of Northern Gas Network, they have been unable to resolve this issue. We hope to reopen on Monday 25th November.

Unfortunately, we will be delaying opening until 10:00am today due to icy conditions surrounding the school and on site. Despite gritting the site, the site and surrounding areas remain unsafe under foot. We will reassess at 09:00 and update parents..

Notes : Icy conditions
Unfortunately, we will be delaying opening until 10:00am today due to sheet ice on the way to school and despite gritting the school grounds, we are still in the position of being unable to open safely. Morning Nursery will remain closed. We will reassess the situation at 9:00am and send parents an update.
